  • Your order will remain “Pending” or “Unpaid”

  • The payment will not be linked to your account

  • You’ll need manual verification to get it resolved

 

Step-by-Step: What to Do if You Forgot the MEMO

  1. Do not send a new payment yet.
    Sending another transaction without MEMO won’t fix the issue and can complicate things further.

  2. Collect your transaction details.
    You’ll need to provide:

    • The transaction hash (TxID) from your Solana wallet or explorer

    • The exact amount of SOL sent

    • The destination address (the one from your CoinGate payment page)
